In order to develop and execute a forward-looking retail pharmacy strategy and ensure continued long-term growth, it is essential that the business has a deep understanding of our current retail pharmacy strategy and how it fits with the enterprise.
As the Advisor, Retail Pharmacy Strategy you will reside within the Pharmacy Growth and Product Development Group you will be a vital contributor in the development of pharmacy strategy as well as product and service offerings.
You will be responsible for building a deep understanding of our current retail pharmacy strategy and long- term goals, and our resources against them, while simultaneously building a deep understanding of the external market place including, but not limited to current competitors, new potential entrants, overall market dynamics etc. and use these findings to consistently challenge and refresh our long-term strategy and push for adjustments in resourcing and prioritization to meet our long-term goals.
Select Job responsibilities:
Build a deep understanding of our retail pharmacy goals with a focus on retail pharmacy’s long-term growth
Support the development and maintenance of a strategic review process that helps ensure we are properly resourced to meet near term goals and ensure future growth and competitiveness
Work cross-functionally with product teams across the organization (e.g., Retail Product, PBM Innovation, Digital) to represent the voice of the retail pharmacy in enterprise products and ensure that successfully incubated products have a home
Required Qualifications 3+ years of demonstrated business trends and analysis experience (e.g., data analysis, reporting development, etc.)
2+ year of consulting, analytics, or related experience required
1+ year(s) of experience assessing and building a business case to identify areas of
Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree Preferred
Education Bachelor Degree required and/or equivalent work experience
