Job DescriptionWith the evolution of the healthcare landscape, CVS Health has broadened its presence in the pharmacy health care continuum to span community pharmacy, mail, specialty, and most recently long-term care pharmacy with its
recent acquisition of Omnicare. The latest acquisition provides a set of unique opportunities for CVS Health to identify and develop innovative programs that will drive the future growth of our business.
The Advisor will be part of a team focused on the development and optimization of new and existing programs and processes that impact medication adherence. Specifically, they will be engaged in supporting the analytics, development and implementation and optimization of new and existing programs, as well as solution definition, testing, tracking and monitoring rapid innovations within this space.
- Performs analysis to answer key business questions, identify key segmentation and adherence
- Perform analytics to size opportunities to inform an executable road-map to test various innovative approaches
- Work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders to conduct analysis and drive results
- Execute code to perform targeting for mini-tests and ongoing scaled Innovation tactics
- Build reporting tools and dashboards to monitor program performance
- Provide new perspective and drive improvements across our current Health Plan adherence playbook based on industry and competitor best practices
- Lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements
Communicate results and insights to the Innovation team to inform next steps
Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years experience conducting complex analysis including demonstratedbusiness trends and analysis experience (e.g. data analysis, reporting development, etc.) ideally including time at a strategic consulting firm
Strong proficiency in analytical tools including SQL, SAS, Excel, Access; strong analytic capabilities to run complex analysisPreferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree preferred
Healthcare experience is extremely helpful EducationBachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university, M.S. or MBA preferred. Will consider a combination of education and years of relevant work experience.Business Overview
