Job Description
In this position as a Senior Paralegal, you will support attorneys and business teams on regulatory requirements related to pharmacy networks such as provider agreement contracting; network development and design, maintaining and updating laws regulating network design such as any willing provider, prompt pay, mandatory mail; respond to requests for information; managing arbitration related matters; and review new legislation and assess impact.

With respect to 340b program support, you will be expected to support attorneys and business teams by managing the contracting process for certain third-party agreements, with such responsibilities including being a point person for the business team and lead attorney; manage and track the contracting process, including drafting, redlining, and amending agreements as necessary; provide status of agreements in process; and desire to learn about and understand the business goals and operations.

Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of legal experience
- 2 or more years experience using Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years experience researching regulatory requirements
- Paralegal certificate
- Previous experience in legal, compliance, pharmaceutical industry and managed care contracting/regulatory matters
- Familiarity with the 340B Drug Discount Program
- Westlaw


Education
- High school diploma/GED required.
