As a Marketing Coordinator you’ll be part of a team focused on the development of marketing solutions in the Front Store space, across owned assets and paid media channels including traditional, digital, and emerging, engaging shoppers in the most relevant manner to increase trips, drive greater share of consumer spending and increase positive perceptions of CVS. The Senior Coordinator will play a vital role in independently leading smaller marketing efforts and working cross-functionally to help ensure larger category strategies deliver the necessary business and consumer outcomes (ROI, Budget, etc). This role will work closely with many cross-functional partners including merchandising, creative, print procurement, finance, legal, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Ownership of end to end accountability for smaller scale projects from initiation through execution – write marketing brief, gain stakeholder alignment, brief internal marketing teams, creative approval and implementation
· Develop integrated marketing strategies for owned channels including email, direct mail, in-store, online, social, and more
With direction from a Senior Marketing Manager, leverage analytics to measure campaign success, and support optimization efforts to deliver desired results Grow your marketing skills by supporting Senior Marketing Manager on larger, more complex projects to ensure successful delivery and results Apply ‘lessons learned’ and continuously improve the way that work is developed and delivered, providing feedback and implementing changes to improve internal processes · Manage and develop strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the organization and lead cross-functional team to ensure consistent communication and execution of strategy
· Work closely with Insights team to field customer research and apply learnings into actionable strategy
· Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for CVS
· Partner with legal and CPG brands to ensure all necessary approvals are in order prior to being released into the market
· Accountable for budget tracking and invoice submission
· Proactively self-educate around retail and marketing industry trends to identify best practice opportunities for CVS

Required Qualifications
3 years of experience of Marketing or Advertising

Preferred Qualifications
· Previous retail experience
· Superior project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, build relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
· Highly detail-oriented, self-starter, independent worker with critical thinking skills.
· Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word.

· Bachelor’s degree required
