Job Description
As the Senior Manager for Quality you will be responsible for managing the resources and delivery with Quality, ensuring client and member Experience meet or exceed their expectations. You will define, manage, and deliver enterprise-wide QA processes, strategies, and controls across the PBM Quality portfolio. Primary responsibilities include

anaging the resources in support of clinical testing, proving guidance and adopting industry best practices in Quality Assurance/Testing. The position will assume full ownership for business flows and create processes in the functional and integration test areas. This includes management and oversight of quality reviews and compliance to required quality standards.

Developing, implementing, and maintaining QA standards to monitor quality of delivery across the Enterprise Define & standardize Test Strategy for PBM Implementations focused on clinical testing

Developing End to End Test Strategies Develop Test Methodologies for Functional, Regression and End to End Business Integrated Process Validation Adoption & Implementation of Test Assets, and process across Testing teams

Defining Test Metrics & Measurements

A successful Senior Manager in Client Services Quality team will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as be a strong collaborator. You will also use your continuous improvement mindset in order to turn improvement ideas into executable plans for implementation across the QA/Application teams. You will use your strong leadership experience to coach and mentor your team into a high performing unit.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience within Quality Assurance/Reporting or similar industry, within a healthcare/PBM environment.
5+ years of proven leadership experience, directly managing a team of employees.
3+ years of test automation background

Preferred Qualifications
Prior PBM experience is a plus

Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
