Are you a client-centricleader who is able to handle multiple priorities and who enjoys the challengeof being a client’s primary contact to a CVSH department? If so, the newlycreated position of Encounter Relationship Manager may be what you are lookingfor. You will be the liaison between a given client and Encounter and ClientData Operations Department (ECD), Medicaid Encounters. You are responsible formonitoring and leading the overall health of the Encounter Program. A solidunderstanding of the Encounter process is required to understand therequirements and feasibility of client requests to effectively direct thoserequests to the appropriate area.

While you are not expected tobe a Subject Matter Expert, a deep understanding will be required in order toeffectively partner with Encounter Reconciliation Managers and Analysts tocomplete client requests and work together to improve the overall program.

Additional responsibilitiesfor the Encounter Relationship Manager include, but are not limited to, thefollowing:

You will provide a channel for clear and honestcommunication
You will serve as point of escalation for both Client andReconciliation Teams for reject correction issues
You will obtain status of documented routine and periodicencounter issues and items
You will monitor and manage the progress of clientdeliverables; track timelines and assignments
You will manage client experience by setting realistic,achievable expectations
You will run Encounter client calls & attend AM OPScalls: facilitate the agenda/specifics; track open issues and takeaways;document decisions and approval of those decisions, engage appropriate partiesfrom Account Team and Technical Team as needed.
For ECD owned calls, run WebEx,coordinate with presenters for agenda items, ensure calls stay on track anddefuse escalations as needed.
You will track and monitor open issues utilizingan Event Tracker.
You will monitor KPI and dashboards to assess progress ofEncounter Reject Correction

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional work experience, preferably in a client facing role

Preferred Qualifications
  • Great communication skills, as the position will involve communicating with clients.
  • Previous Medicaid Encounter experience and/or PBM experience
  • Must have strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently

Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and equivalent work experience plus one additional year of experience is required for each year of college not attained.
