As the Senior Consultant, you will be part of Client Services (PBM) Test Automation and Innovation team. This team is engaged across multiple functions including Testing Center of Excellence, with particular emphasis on solving problems, process improvement and increase automation usage within testing team. You will have the opportunity to use your technical skills and logical skills to analyze the business process, insert technology to solve problems and increase efficiency to make others life easy.
You will independently design, code, implement and maintain automation tools inventory and also play a vital role in identifying opportunities to build new automation tools and resolve issues encountered by manual testing team. This team works closely with internal and external partners to deliver key strategic projects, manage applications and enhance Client Services processes. Innovative, analytical, energetic, problem solver – if this describes you, then become part of our “go-to team”.Required Qualifications-2+ years of hands on application development and maintenance experience in SQL Server and MS Access databases. -2+ years of hands on application development and maintenance experience using Java, .Net and VBA Macros technologies. -2+ years of hands on experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium and UFT. -2+ years of adjudication system knowledge in healthcare PBM industry on applications such as Rx Claims (AS400) or Any previous experience with IBM AS/400 Query, RxClaim, AS400 File.Preferred Qualifications-Good work ethics and ability to work in fast pace environment. -Previous experience with PBM or Healthcare Payer Industry -Previous experience with programming language such as Java or .Net -Previous experience with databases such as SQL Server and MS AccessEducationBachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
