As a Senior Manager, UX Development, you be working directly with the UX Design and Strategy teams to translate their vision into production level code. Proficiency in the core languages of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a must, including Angular 4, while a strong understanding of performance optimization, SEO, and Web Accessibility (WCAG) are a plus. The Senior Manager will develop and manage a team of 4-6 front-end developers as well as assisting in bridging the designer-developer gap by also building prototypes and proofs of concepts. This role allows you to be part of a growing team of digital innovators and user experience professionals that want to make an impact and help people manage their health by designing experiences that meet user goals and exceed expectations. As part of the UX Development team you need to be able to think and speak the language of designers as well as have an aptitude for code beyond your average UI developer.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience with web technologies and frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery, EXT-JS).
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience completing rapid prototyping and delivering/supporting production-quality code A minimum of 5+ years of hands on experience with Adobe creative suite, wireframing and prototyping tools.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience with mobile optimized and cross-browser responsive design.
  • A minimum of 2+ years managing front-end developers.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience with Angular.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Collaborating with UX team members, product, business and technology partners and drawing inspiration from research, user goals and the world around you.
  • Making informed decisions on visual style, quickly mocking up interactive prototypes, and being a part of the building process with production-level HTML, CSS + JS.
  • Experience working in healthcare or eCommerce organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, issues, and techniques.


Education
  • Bachelor degree (Required).
  • Master's degree (Preferred).
