Job Description
CVS is seeking a new Senior Manager to join the strategy and business development team that has been tasked with identifying new growth drivers for CVS Health. This specific role will be responsible for performing analytics, reporting and measurement of various strategic initiatives.

The position is expected to provide excellent exposure to management across CVS’s business as well as ongoing professional development. This role would suit someone with a strong interest in retail and analytics with a passion for data-driven decision making and driving results.

The candidate selected for this position will be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high-energy individual who can easily
function in a high demand, results-driven environment. You will have a passion for data and bringing analytics to life for the business team to drive results you should be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel.


Required Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of excel and Microsoft office tools

3+ yrs. experience conducting in-depth analysis leveraging large databases and using advanced statistical techniques to generate impactful recommendations along with a passion for the details of the data.

3+ yrs. Project management: Strong organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and lead cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.

3+ yrs. technical experience: Prior work with Databases, SQL, and Tableau is preferred but not required.

5+ years’ experience post Bachelor’s Degree required

Preferred Qualifications
- Retail, analytics or product management background preferred.
- Powerful Communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and written
