Job Description
The position
is most suited for an individual who can handle multiple tasks and work
quickly and effectively to organize data and meet deadlines. The
incumbent must be able to utilize a laptop computer, fax machine, email,
and MicrosoftWord, Powerpoint and Excel. Complete confidentiality and
absolute discretion are mandatory for this position.

This individual
will be entrusted with handling sensitive and confidential matters and
perform support functions which require a broad and comprehensive
knowledge of Company policy and procedures. The position is most suited
for an individual who can handle multiple tasks and work quickly and
effectively to organize data and meet deadlines.

Maintains multiple Outlook calendars and coordinates meetings with internal and external parties.

Coordinates large and small meeting

Coordinates travel arrangements and expense report processing.
Coordinates store supply ordering on an as needed basis.
Translates and transfers information provided into a variety of documents including memos, letters, reports and presentations.
Composes and edits correspondence, reports and other complex documents.
technical writing support and assistance as requested. Creates
and maintains spreadsheets for various reporting purposes.

Performs any and all other duties/functions as deemed necessary.
Maintains confidentiality and discretion at all times
