Job Description The Affiliate Marketing Sr. Consultant will join the fast paced Omni-Channel marketing team to help us continue building an elite affiliate marketing program and scale our paid acquisition efforts. Responsible for management of affiliate day-to-day operations including promotional calendar maintenance and QA of marketing campaigns from start to finish including partnering with internal teams to ensure proper coupon set-up, tracking links, and creative ad units work correctly to deliver a flawless customer experience. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners by communicating current promotions and aligning business objectives with placements. Monitor daily dashboards and weekly reporting to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations and enhancements to affiliate publisher sites and program. Leverage analytics and consumer insights to define and implement enhancements to our partner program, including identifying and recommending new publishers. Manage affiliate business to achieve financial targets.
-Own and manage the day-to-day operational & tactical affiliate marketing plan execution for multiple channels in support of the affiliate strategy and KPI’s on time and on budget.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate agency.
-Monitor traffic and results from affiliate network reporting. Analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Share reporting, key insights, and recommendations with internal stakeholders weekly
-Review incoming proposals and make recommendations for partnerships and engagements; prepare revenue and cost analysis.
-Partner with both internal and external resources in order to effectively drive profitable channel business.
-Write marketing briefs and work with creative team to develop assets for campaigns
Required Qualifications3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital advertisement
Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2+years of experience in affiliate marketing using one or more of the top affiliate platforms.
Firm understanding of performance marketing, ecommerce, and Omni-channel customer acquisition The ability to generate new ideas, develop testing plans, and execute flawlessly Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills Solid analytical and reporting skills Technical experience should include MS Office, Word, Excel PowerPoint
