Job Description As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role providing effective solutions to employee relations issues and partnering with management teams. You will partner with the site leaders to help lead a growing site, ensuring staffing levels and hiring plans are accurate, and working to keep employees engaged and motivated. This position will support our Chandler Specialty facility as well as provide site support to our Scottsdale Shea facility. The position will be based out of our Chandler facility and will require two days a week in our Shea location.
You will provide counsel to business units in a rapidly changing business environment, identifying issues and initiating resolutions in line with CVS Health policies and in support of business direction. You will lead site management in the execution of major Human Resources initiatives and facilitate positive change management. This will include, but is not limited to, leading performance and talent management processes, policy implementation, dashboard creation,maintaining and establishing local school partnerships, candidate pipeline creation, employee retention, and leadership training.
This position will be located in both our Chandler facility as well as our Scottsdale facility and will be responsible for all HR-related activities for 600+ employees.
Additional responsibilities of the HRBP include:
* Driving and executing HR best practices.
* Monitoring,analyzing, and reporting of data to ensure consistent process improvements and positive change.
* Identifying site needs and initiating communication to address those needs.
* Ad hoc training and interventions to address management and employee development and performance issues.
* Establishing and maintaining business relationships with site and functional leaders to gain an understanding of business objectives and goals.
* Providing sound HR counsel to support strong employee performance and productivity.
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time domestically.Required Qualifications 5+ years professional Human Resources experience, including employment law.
Preferred Qualifications Operational HR-related experience including both tactical and strategic experience.
Experience building and executing effective programs and processes, monitoring results, and driving continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to analyze HR reports and create reporting to increase results
PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certification. Education Bachelor’s Degree required Business Overview
