As the Advisor, Data and Analytics, you will assist the Health Systems Alliances (HSA) business unit in developing and delivering data based services and solutions to support Accountable Care Organizations and other provider organizations. Such data sharing extends the benefits of the enterprise to deliver improved savings and outcomes for at-risk provider networks.

Within this team, the Data Analyst will assume established projects and independently work with colleagues to develop new programs for both internal HSA team members and provide relevant data to our affiliates. Your position will work within the HSA team and cross-functionally throughout CVS Health to improve efficiencies and deliver value to prescriber based partners.

Your role reports to the Director, Data and Analytics and supports the HSA team in several ways.

• Providing CVS Pharmacy information helping clinical partners improve medication adherence, quality outcomes and aid treatment plans

• Work with internal and external partners to independently create new and consumable reports with ability to define requirements, identify data source, receive appropriate approvals to share, and meet project deadlines.

• Based on feedback provided, determine possible improvements to existing dashboards and adjust report availability timelines to increase efficiencies

• Other reporting pertaining to CVS Specialty and MinuteClinic

• Ad-hoc internal activity and financial reporting associated with business unit activities

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting within a healthcare industry

* 3+ years of demonstrated advanced data mining experience with SQL Query which produces complex and actionable data sets

* 3+ years of work experience with HIPAA regulations and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of how medication adherence and pharmacy care efforts can aid accountable care and preventative care models

• Experience using Tableau and Microstrategy visualizations

• Experience with data warehouse infrastructure

Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
