Job Description
As a Change Management Senior Advisor, you will partner with clients at all levels to develop strategies to support business change within CVS Health. You will have the chance to create, develop, and implement change management solutions that minimize disruption while supporting business results.

You will measure the impact on the business of talent management solutions implemented within the organization. To be successful, you possess excellent written, presentation, oral communication skills and be a self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills accompanied by the highest levels of accountability, integrity and teamwork.

This position will be located in Woonsocket, RI.

Additional responsibilities of the Change Management Senior Advisor include:
-Partnering with business leaders to craft a change management strategy that supports the business results.
- Developing specific plans to support key people impacted by the change.
- Developing communication, leadership development, and change management materials.
- Facilitating group leadership development meetings and presentations, driving impact with the top 10% of the CVS Health senior team.
- Leading projects across the enterprise.
- Managing vendor relationships.
- Building business relationships and influencing leaders through collaboration to help to set direction and deliver practical business solutions designs, plans and facilitated groups and meetings.
- Conducting research and analysis for change management recommendations.

Required Qualifications
-8+ years of previous Change Management experience.
Ability to travel domestically, up to 15% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading complex organizational training and development initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Consulting experience.

-Bachelor's Degree.
- Master's degree in Organizational Development preferred.
