Job Description As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor , Home Infusion you will support the nurse manager by utilizing your management, logistics and infusion experiences to lead, train, develop and mentor a team of home infusion nurses. Collaborates with pharmacy staff to develop, monitor and evaluate goals of patient therapy.
As a Nurse Supervisor (RN) you will also provide nursing care and services to a case load of patients. You will ensure the nurse case managers successfully communicates all clinical issues to the appropriate healthcare team members and monitors compliance to ensure timely completion of nursing-related documentation and plan of treatment orders. Assist with hiring, coaching, evaluating,supervising, discipline of all nursing colleagues. Implement new policies and programs. Provide clinical support to the sales team as needed as it pertains to the production of new clinical programs and/or marketing activities to physicians, nursing agencies, and referral sources Participate in on call as indicated by staffing and business needs.

* Minimum two years charge or supervisory responsibilities.
* Minimum three years infusion/IV experience.
* Must have and maintain current CPR certification.
