Job DescriptionBenevere, a CVS Health Company, has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Mail Order Technician to join our Specialty Pharmacy located in Collierville, TN. This position works Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will perform benefits investigation, order entry and adjudication, order clarification and internal order triage. Phone time with patient, physician and 3rd party payer clients. Furthermore, you will work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained, as well as full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Some other critical components of this role include interpreting prescription orders and insurance processing information as well as electronic claims communications, researching and completing benefits investigation. You will also be responsible for claim adjudication, order preparation, and general customer service along with performing inventory functions and Pharmacy Technician functions if applicable.
Required Qualifications * At least one year of work experience in a pharmacy service environment
* Tennessee Pharmacy Technician Registration
* High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications* Specialty Pharmacy experience
* National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred Education* High School Diploma or GED Business Overview
