As a Caremark Associate Product Manager, yourresponsibilities will involve working closely with members of the CVS Specialtyand PBM digital and business teams, operations leaders to support the visionand solution plan for a large scale PBM client integration. You will help support the definition of userstories and product definition, user testing and operations for the PBM digitalportal and mobile initiative.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Support documenting user stories with broad group ofcross-Digital, cross-functional, and cross-enterprise teams.
- Document capabilities and user scenarios and journeys foronline and mobile
- Support user acceptance testing of product capabilities
- Support operational business process for establishing SMSprogram
- Assist with, operational readiness and customer supporttraining
- Assist with product engagement to gain successful productadoption
- Monitor customer feedback channels and reports and workwith analytics to produce monthly client reports
- Work collaboratively as part of the Digital team,including in the development of products and support operations



Required Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in digital product management
- 3 years’ of experience documenting product requirements and/or user stories
- 3 years’ experience in supporting operations




Preferred Qualifications
- Health care industry experience preferred
- Ability to work in deadline driven environment, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with engineering, design and project management counterparts to deliver products/services


Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
