Job Description Coram/CVS Health is looking for a detail-oriented customer service professional to join our Eden Prairie team as an Electronic Referral Coordinator! This rewarding opportunity allows you to gather and distribute medical records for new referrals while entering patient profiles into Coram’s nationwide database . We believe that Electronic Referral Coordinators are a key part of creating a positive experience for our patients receiving in-home infusion therapy. Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal/written communication skills and computer skills in order to ensure accurate data is being entered into Coram’s national database.
As an Electronic Referral Coordinator , you will…
* Work with the branch Admissions team to gather documentation for new patient processing.
* Respond to electronic referrals by creating Patient Intake Form within a short deadline
* Verify information on incoming documents for accuracy and completeness.
* Determine which insurance providers are accepted through Coram and if we can accept a referral.
* Scan and upload documents from insurance providers into electronic records system and notify appropriate departments .
This is a full-time,permanent, benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday –Friday, 10:30AM – 7:00PM, with an opportunity for over-time per business need.

Required Qualifications * Minimum year experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
* Data entry experience.
* Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Preferred Qualifications* Home infusion or durable medical equipment (DME) experience.
* Experience work in a healthcare environment.
* Experience working with healthcare insurance verification or obtaining medical authorizations.
EducationVerifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.Business Overview
