Job DescriptionThe Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring 340B administration operational activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Operations are at the core of Wellpartner’s Contract Pharmacy Services (CPS) and are essential to administrating 340B programs for covered entities. This position is directly responsible for performing daily functions related to client/project implementation, system configuration, ongoing program management and customer service. The position will be in the company’s Tualatin, OR office.
- 1+ Years of experience with customer service required
- 1+ Years of experience with inventory management
- Experience in a managed care, health care, pharmaceutical or provider setting preferred
- Technical aptitude essential with the ability to learn proprietary systems
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts, demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action
- Highly effective organizational skills
- Persistence and detail-orientation required
- Computer Skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required
- 340B Knowledge
- High School Diploma Required
