Job Description Join the Coram/CVS Health team as a Change Order Specialist – Team Lead and you will support the Jackson Enteral Nutrition Center by helping that are currently on service, that require something different other than their current therapy. Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with Coram branch associates. Strong mathematical skills are required.
As a Change Order Specialist – Team Lead you will…
* Initiate change orders for current patients by obtaining all required documentation
* Review orders prior to shipping
* Assist with escalated calls and processing orders as needed
* Assist the supervisor in leading and coaching team members
* Identify areas of opportunity
Typical work hours for this position are Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with an opportunity for over-time based on business need. This role also will require some weekend and night work. Required Qualifications * Minimum year experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
* Experience work in a healthcare environment.
* Experience working with healthcare insurance verification or obtaining medical authorizations.
* Data entry experience.
* Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Preferred Qualifications * Leadership experience
* Experience in a home health/home infusion setting.
EducationVerifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
