Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide a high level of support to the SVP of PBM Innovation. In this position, you will play a meaningful role in assisting the SVP to build their agenda and help ensure it is executed.

You will act as a project manager for impactful assignments at the request of the SVP, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and coordinating activities. You will oversee multiple projects and collaborate with other assistants and employees to help foster an efficient work environment. This opportunity would be ideal for someone who wants to join a great company and learn our business by supporting key executives and initiatives.

This dynamic role will be responsible for handling a broad range of administrative support functions. You are encouraged to take initiative and provide creative support to leadership.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and book travel plans for SVP and Senior Directors
- Follow through on all expense report processing
- Lead the SVP’s calendar including scheduling meetings, accepting meeting invitations
- You could occasionally handle phone calls for SVP
- Oversee Executive Teams’ Leadership PTO calendar
- Plan logistics for quarterly town hall meetings, manager summits, and offsite leadership meetings

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience leading complex priorities
- 1+ years Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to understand complex problems and expectations and translate them into actions
- Understanding of CVS Caremark's overall business model
- You have prior experience in a large corporation and/or healthcare industry
- Analytical and proven problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
