What you’ll do:
In partnership with the Marketing Director, MinuteClinic, you will lead the development of marketing strategy and plan development for MinuteClinic. You will work across media channels including traditional, digital and emerging, engaging consumers in the most relevant manner to them resulting in awareness, trial, and repeat usage of our retail health services. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams in MinuteClinic clinical services and operations, you will help deliver plans through the development of breakthrough marketing ideas and programs based on consumer insights. We’re ideally looking for a marketer who also has a proven track record in testing and validating emerging marketing ideas with experience in healthcare.
Develop, execute and manage marketing strategies and integrated plans leveraging paid, earned and owned channels and assets, with both online and offline tactics to drive awareness of and traffic to our clinics.
Seamlessly pivot back and forth from providing thoughtful insight on strategic marketing efforts and day-to-day project management of campaigns in development.
With a keen sense of detail and organization skills, provide careful execution across multiple marketing channels, with a heavy focus on digital channels.
Provide thought leadership to identify trends and implement best practices for digital marketing, including analytics, SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media marketing and content amplification. Establish and leverage analytics to measure campaign success; continuously optimize to deliver desired results.
Profile new and existing customers to understand opportunities for retention/growth.
Identify, manage and “unblock” cross-functional and cross-initiative issues.
Establish strong collaborative working relationships with internal business partners including Enterprise Digital, MinuteClinic Operations, Clinical Operations, Corporate Communications, etc.
Manage and develop a direct report.
Minimal travel required.
Required Qualifications6+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation of business, retailer and consumer understanding.
Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital channels and driving ROI.
Strong comfort with managing multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and attention to detail are keys to success.
Ability to get buy-in in short order among key stakeholders in the creative development and review process.
Experience sharing back out with leadership and business partners, things that are working and things that can be improved.
Comfort/familiarity with emerging technologies and inexorable intellectual curiosity.
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong analytic and operational skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in retail marketing or digital marketing.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field required.
