Job Description Coram/CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to work for the industry leader and largest home infusion company in the country as a Medicare Billing Support Manager!
As a Medicare Billing Support Manager, you will support the Enteral Nutrition division by leading and developing a large customer service team to ensure patient records and files are accurate for Medicare billing purposes. This is an exciting role where you'll have the ability to make a difference in patients lives by ensuring the claims submission process is not delayed. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and patients.
* Manage team that handles RX requests and insurance verification.
* Assist team with researching patient accounts and orders to find what is needed in order to meet Medicare requirements.
* Ensure team is following up with patients and Physician's offices in order to get required documentation for billing.
* Perform quality control checks on patient accounts to determine if all required documentation is correct and on file.
* Maintain open and ongoing communication with departments and branch offices.
* Develop corrective action to resolve deficiencies and/or improve results.
* Manage hiring, coaching and performance management reviews to ensure team benchmarks are achieved.

Required Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of customer service management experience
* Minimum 3 years experience managing in a metrics-driven environment
* Proven ability to hold large teams accountable for results
* Proficient to advanced PC skills including MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with healthcare insurance and/or medical billing.
* Experience in Enteral Nutrition
