You will support our branch by assisting with a wide variety of administrative tasks from new patient records to clinician interaction. Coram CVS/specialty infusion services is a national leader in the home infusion and enteral fields. You have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your skills and experiences to work supporting a specialty pharmacy operation.
* Gather information for initial admission packets for new patients.
* Review all new charts to ensure necessary nursing paperwork is included, track and timely retrieval of signed Plan of Treatments and nursing orders.
* Obtain required co-signatures from a nurse or dietician; initiating discharge summaries, discharging patient therapies in the system.
* Maintain and file patient records and files.
* Prepare forms, research and verify information to resolve routine problems.
* Assist with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed to include usage of fax and copy machines.

* Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
* Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in the healthcare field.
* Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
