As a Sales Operations Educator, you will support the Sales Operations Department by enabling Sales and Account Services to perform their job. This will be accomplished through on-boarding new account managers, delivering advanced training, and laying out standard methodologies for the support of all learning needs. You will not be responsible for direct employee management but will be seen as a subject matter guide and will lead projects cross-functionally. You will work to continually innovate and improve delivery and education that gives to a premier training program.

Maintaining a collaborative atmosphere, and striving to achieve high levels of individual organizational performance, is key to your role. In this role, you will be required to form strategic partnerships with key internal partners and subject matter experts to achieve business results. The contributions you will make will promote employee engagement and position CVS Health for long term growth in the high-reaching Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) marketplace.

As part of the Sales Department, you will be part of a creative and aggressive initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy incorporating new information technologies and channels. We are looking for someone that has drive and can work cohesively with their colleague

- Assessing and evaluating student performance, while adapting learning appropriately, based on your assessments

- Performing all functions related to in-classroom, web-based, and virtual training, including but not limited to: handling training room facilities and equipment, coordinating guest speakers, and creating and facilitating all training content

- Coordinating and designing mentor activities for sales and account management staff, including developing leader coaching tools to support learning transfer

- Performing continuous education plan development and process improvement, to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of training

- Leading sales process and education metrics to demonstrate business impact and find opportunities for enhancements

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of Prescription Benefit Management experience, within Account Management/Services, Operations, PBM Training, or similar field

- 2+ years of experience in Project Management

- 1+ years of experience using eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate and Brainshark

- 1 + year of experience with virtual training tools to include WebEx Training suite or similar applications

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time, for in person team meetings and training class support at other CVS locations

Preferred Qualifications

1. Knowledge of tool

2. Ability to adapt to developmental needs over cross-generational audiences

3. Intermediate level knowledge with Windows applications and the MS Office Suite

4. Knowledge of Medicare Part D or Medicaid process and programs

5. Experience with RxClaim or claims adjudication platforms, with a deep understanding of other CVS Health platforms and applications

6. Experience working with learning management systems, SCORM and AICC-compliant course

7. Experience with Education Evaluation strategy and tools, e.g. Metrics that Matters Instructional Design or Delivery experience, using design models such as ADDIE or SAM, with a deep understanding of adult learning theory

8. Strong Public Speaking skills



Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
