Job Description CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for you to join our brand new Midwest Distribution Center as a Warehouse Computer Operator. This job will give you the opportunity to hel pbuild the culture of the new facility and impact CVS Health distribution. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring orders are setup correctly by working hand in hand with the truck routers.
In this job, you will be responsible for the production, sortation, and distribution of all system generated distribution forms. Your additional responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the facility has the necessary documents required to process orders for the stores serviced by this facility
- Providing excellent customer service while representing the organization to other CVS Health facilities, as well as various vendors that serve the distribution center
Required Qualifications 6+ months of warehouse experience
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications Ability to read, write and count accurately
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
Ability to operate various equipment including Computer Terminal, PC, IBM Printers
Professional telephone skills
Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendance
You should be comfortable working in warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changes, rolling
equipment, and conveyors
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to use UPS machine
Education High School diploma or GED is required. Business Overview
