The Senior Advisor, Loyalty and Personalization Innovation Manager, will be responsible for developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies that improve the experience of ExtraCare customers. This person will make use of best-in-class technology solutions, paired with insights derived from advanced analytics, to rapidly test, learn, and iterate customer interventions strategies. You will report to the Director of Loyalty and Personalization Innovation Strategy, with exposure and engagement with VP levels.

Responsibilities Include:
· Lead a marketing innovation lab dedicated to improving customer contact strategy across channels
· Deliver innovative, out-of-the-box personalization strategies to test across customer cohorts, this may include: new communication approaches, offer strategies, methods of offer delivery and new external partnerships
· Develop tools that improve the lives of CVS Health customers
· Size and scope customer growth opportunities, which should include a business case, a path to growth, an execution plan, and partnership buy-in
Build learning agendas, analyze results, and integrate findings into the organization for on-going execution and refinement

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 year’s experience in customer strategy, data-driven marketing, product development, or other relevant business function.
Candidate must be: Confident, Curious, Flexible, and Resilient

Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s degree: Business Administration (M.B.A.), Consumer Behavior (M.A.), Behavioral Economics (M.A..), or other related field
· Superb critical reasoning skills
· Experience delivering financial results in fluid, often ambiguous operating environments
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
· Keen ability to distill complex ideas into simpler frameworks and illustrations
· Demonstrated familiarity with analytical approaches, ability to use data-driven insights to improve business outcomes
· Demonstrated capability to deliver results while providing positive leadership in a fast-paced, multi-project team-oriented environment
· Experience utilizing personalized marketing vehicles to influence customer behavior – solid understanding of the financial and operational intricacies of targeted marketing vehicles
· A passion for understanding and meeting the needs of the customer
