Job Description
As an IT Retail Store Support technician you will be providing hands-on bench repairs of CVS store hardware. You will ensure the cleaning and testing of returned store equipment while maintaining accurate asset tracking records in Siebel. In this position you will also be responsible for supporting the repair and refurbishing of equipment for new, acquired, and existing CVS retail locations. Overall, your team will be working to ensure that all returned retail store equipment is up and running efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities of this role include:

Maintaining current hardware certifications on equipment to process warranty claims
Stage and configure complex systems for RX, POS, and internal corporate distribution
Ensure adequate inventory levels for support functions
Staying organized and working with minimal supervision
Align with procedures, rules, and regulations

Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience with electronics hardware repairs
Ability to lift 80 lbs with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Kodak/Lexmark printers
Skills with reporting, inventory control, documentation, and data entry
A+ Certification
Administrative computer skills
Proficiency with Word and Excel

High School diploma or GED required
