Job Description As a Pharmacy Technician II - Non-Clinical Divert, you will be empowered to partner with the pharmacists and route questionable prescriptions for resolution or put on your thinking cap and solve escalated prescription issues. The Pharmacy Technician is essential to ensure each issue has been resolved to ensure a positive customer experience. The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for communicating with physician’s offices and efficiently reading and interpreting prescriptions. This role requires being detailed oriented, utilizing and sharpening your accuracy and efficiency in reading and interpreting prescriptions. In addition, these roles require solution-driven individuals with excellent problem solving skills,strengthening your data entry skills, which will have a positive impact on the pharmacy work flow in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the Pharmacy Technician II - Non-Clinical Divertteam, you will be leading an innovative and bold initiative aimed attransforming health care and pharmacy leveraging new and emerging information,technologies and channels.

#pharmtechtalent Required Qualifications Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License
6 months of pharmacy technician experience
Preferred Qualifications Previous retail and/or PBM experience
National Certification (CPhT) Education Verifiable High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Business Overview
