Job Description CVS Health is currently hiring for a dynamic leader to join out team to influence change management. As a Change Management Partner you will play a key strategic role providing effective solutions to leaders to effectively support them in driving their talent and organizational strategy. You will lead performance management and talent management processes, change management and implementation of company-wide initiatives into aligned business units.
You will be responsible for providing competent counsel to business units in a rapidly changing business environment, identifying issues and initiating resolutions in line with corporate policies and in support of business direction, and lead site management in execution of major Human Resources (HR) initiatives and facilitate positive change management.
You will partner with teams from our Specialty Operation teams for the Pharmacy Benefit Management side of our business, helping to align talent to critical business initiatives. Activities will include job profile creation, change management, leadership training and development, and organizational design and development aligned to the
successful achievement of leadership goals. In addition, you will partner with local leadership to provide any onsite needed HR Business Partner support.
Additional responsibilities of the HRBP include:
-Partnering with leadership to design HR strategies that are aligned with the goals of the CVS Health.
- Being responsible for the ramp metrics and talent strategy for welcome season.
- Working cross functionally with internal partners to deliver Enterprise roll-outs at the local level.
- Designing and rolling out leadership development strategy that can be leveraged across Member Services in partnership with HRBP team.
- Supporting enterprise roll outs such as our annual plan for health
- Managing local business unit needs by establishing a network of trained leaders and colleagues to support vital deliverables.
- In addition, you will provide site support to our Shea Campus once a week to cover any HR site activities.Required Qualifications 5+ years professional Human Resources experience.
1 year Change Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fortune 500 environment is preferred.
Proven capability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
Ability to meet deadlines and multiple opposing priorities.
Solid knowledge of all areas of HR functions including but not limited to: employment law, change management, recruitment, retention and performance and talent management.
Strong Analytical skill set with advance proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products specifically: Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience with data analysis such as turnover data. Autonomous self-starter, be assertive and willing to
hold others accountable using tact and diplomacy, and able to make decisions independently.
