Job Description As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will beresponsible for monitoring the receivables on business to business accountbalances and specialized accounts. This role is essential to ensuring thecontinued reconciliation of client account balances through the negotiation ofpayments arrangements and interpretation of client agreements. You will work ina high volume, customer service oriented, team focused environment to helpresolve client account balances.
We will support you by offering all the tools and resourcesyou need in a collaborative team based environment. Our goal is to ensure youare able to provide top tier service and resolution for our facilitiesaccounts.
The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsiblefor:
Contact representatives by phone to reconcile accountbalances.
Monitor portfolio of accounts for compliance to contractualpayment terms.
Partner cross functionally with different teams to resolvecomplex client issues.
Retrieve copies of invoices and send via email, fax or mailfor account resolution.
Documenting client communications in the receivablessystems.
Processing payments and following up on promised payments.
Identifying, communicating and escalating issues tomanagement or appropriate leader.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned bymanagement.
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the following:
Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook,
Word and Excel.
Experience in business to business receivables or
collections or equivalent financial operations experience.
Experience in customer service and a high volume
Preferred Qualifications Strong written, and verbal communication.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.
Experience in negotiating payment arrangements.
Receivables or collections experience preferably in a
EducationHigh School Diploma/GED required.Business Overview
