Job Description
As a member of the PBM Marketing team, you will be responsible for improving member engagement across the Enterprise to drive behavior change and positive health outcomes for patients and to deliver enhanced value to PBM clients. As the Marketing Strategy Senior Advisor you will be embedded within this team and will contribute to these goals through the analysis-based identification of opportunities and the development of related strategies to optimize the effectiveness of member interactions and maximize the value that clients derive through the use of CVS/Caremark as their PBM. You will be in a highly visible and influential role as the recommendations you make will impact critical strategic decisions made by the various leaders in the company. You will need to bring a rare combination of technical expertise and keen business insight needed to identify and analyze potential opportunities. You will also possess the judgment and business expertise required to frame out and structure actionable guidance and recommendations around strategic choices. Your other responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with business and Enterprise Analytics partners specific to self-serve tool needs
- Leading the development of business cases to identify areas of focus from a Member Experience standpoint both within existing products and programs, as well as the identification of new areas of opportunity
- Liaising with EA partners in order to measure success and Return on Investment
- Partnering with Member Experience Strategy colleagues during opportunity assessment as well as during program evaluation phases as appropriate
- Seeking opportunities to optimize the effectiveness of member interactions and maximize the value that clients derive through the PBM

Your success will be determined by your ability to support the broader Marketing organization goals of changing member and patient behavior to include:
- Driving CVS enterprise share
- Medication Adherence
- Accelerating the pace of digital adoption

You will also serve as the primary departmental liaison with Enterprise Analytics, partnering with the teams to develop the necessary insights and reporting, reporting. In this role you will have an impact to CVS Health as we continue to grow and lead in the Pharmacy Benefit Management Marketplace.

Required Qualifications
* At least 8 years of marketing strategy or analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications
* Strength in structured and logical reasoning, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail
* Able to think strategically but with tactical execution in mind
* Ability to generate insights and make actionable recommendations
* Flexible, adaptable, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to pivot as needed
* Strong planning, organizational and process management skills
* Strong relationship management and influence skills and proven strength in partnering across boundaries in highly matrixed organizations
* Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to regularly interact and communicate effectively with Executive-level audiences
* Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, preferably within the PBM space
* Deep knowledge of CVSH’s consumer, B2B, and Specialty products, particularly how they drive value

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is required
* Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience may be considered
