Job Description Join CVS Health as a Finance Manager in our Government Services department. This role in Finance will support the government services financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes. The individual holding this position will be required to meet demanding deadlines and respond to and support evolving business requirements. Responsibilities for this position include:
• Maintain models supporting the Med D close and planning cycles.
• Prepare and distribute financial reporting to Med D and PBM management.
• Provide quarterly reporting used to support Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, Independent Audits / Reviews
• Prepare variance analysis, commentary and presentation materials for Financial review meetings with management.
• Communicate and coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and variance
• Work with functional business leaders to assist in the development of forecasts and budgets.
• Respond to adhoc reporting and analysis request
• Identify opportunities for process improvements around efficiencies, internal control and accuracy.

Required Qualifications2+ years finance experience.
Preferred Qualifications6+ years relevant experience with financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting or month end closing
Possess a good working knowledge of GAAP and sound accounting practices and procedures
Excellent analytical, modeling and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, detail and results-oriented
Proven ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Demonstrated background or taking initiative to fix problems and working cross- functionally to improve processes.
Experience with SAP and Analysis for Office a plus
Strong logic, analytic and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
EducationBachelors degree required. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
