· Ability to read, write, and count

communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely to include
conducting department meetings.
· Ability to set up the daily
schedule in the absence of supervisor.
· Ability to use basic mathematics
(addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
· Detail orientated.
· Able to maintain strict level of

· Ability to work at a quick,
sustainable pace in order to achieve department and facility goals.
· Ability to work both independently
and as part of tam with minimal supervision.
· Ability to establish and maintain
positive working relationships with other employees.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft
office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Ability to be certified on all
equipment needed to complete job tasks.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Normal eyesight (regular or corrected)

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
Previous Group Leader experience.
· Confer daily with supervisor to determine
departmental staffing needs and assignments.
· Assign employees to work areas
within the department to achieve a balanced workload.
· Utilize various reports, summaries,
and procedures as necessary to resolve problems that associates may encounter
in their job function.
· Verify that reports/readings are
legible, accurate, and turned in on a timely manner.
· Conduct audits as determined by the
· Inform supervisor of
employee/operational issues.
· Excellent reliable attendance and
timeliness required.
· Responsibilities may require
frequent overtime and/or an adjustment to work schedule, particularly during
high volume periods, to ensure that all stores are serviced according to daily
· May move from one work location to
another throughout the day.
· May be reassigned to another
position or department as needed.
· Fill-in for supervisor as needed.
· Perform other related duties as
assigned by supervisor.

· This position has a lifting
requirement up to 50 pounds with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
