Job DescriptionAs a Testing Analyst - Client Benefits,
This position will be responsible for taking full ownershipof, and serving as a Query Test Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for clients.You will work closely with Client Benefits, Implementations and AccountManagement. In this role you will support the Benefits CustomerService Teams across all levels of the business and oversee to define testrequirements, create test plans, execute test scenarios, capture and present resultsto all stakeholders.

Weare strongly looking for an analyst that:
- Leads process improvement initiatives in supportof department efficiency and utilize industry standard testing technologiessuch as QTP and QC. - Applies knowledge of QA principles, practices, and proceduresto a variety of work assignments and compliance initiatives.
>Required Qualifications2+ years of relevant work experience - Testing, working with Queries or in Analytics2+ years experience with Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications- 2 years of SQL experience- Experience with DB2 and Oracle- PBM or Helath care experience is strongly preferred- Ability to investigate, analyze, and implement corrective
actions using various methods and techniques that promote timely change and
accountability. - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and perform the necessary root cause analysis.- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments - Ability to communicate, collaborate and organize within the team to ensure adherence to strict deadlines
EducationHigh School or GED required. Bachelors degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.Business Overview
