Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Regulatory Attorney with expertise in and a deep understanding of regulatory structure, preferably with experience in Medicaid, Medicare, Anti-kickback and False Claims laws to join the Legal team at CVS Health.
In this role, you will be providing regulatory and strategic legal counsel to business partners with respect to healthcare regulations and laws on a wide variety of matters, working collaboratively with other attorneys and business partners. As part of the Legal department, you will gain experience working with a dynamic in-house legal department and playing a key role in our government services and other business areas.
This position can be located in Scottsdale, AZ; Irving, TX; Northbrook,IL; or Woonsocket, RI.
Required Qualifications• 6+ years of regulatory or experience with a law firm or healthcare company.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state and member in good standing of applicable state bar association(s).
Preferred Qualifications• Healthcare experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, and drive.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including:
-False Claims Act
- Federal and State Anti-kickback Statutes
-Medicaid-Affordable Care ActEducation Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate required.
