Job Description Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Cisco UCCE Telecommunications Analyst. The Telecommunications, Analyst will be part of a team of engineers responsible for building, configuring, implementing and testing complex Avaya and Cisco UC and UCCE telephony solutions across the CVS Health enterprise. The Telecommunications, analyst will be responsible for building strong partnerships across various teams including plan, build and run organization.
The ideal candidate must be customer focused and possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to drive results, have excellent follow-up ability and must be organized. You will lead but also must have the capability work independently and have experience working with Cisco UC, UCCE telephony and Avaya PBXs and related components such as CM, AES, SBC, SM, ACD queues, voice-mail and other programs. Required Qualifications -Minimum of 1 year of experience with Cisco UC or UCCE and Avaya PBXs, telephone technology and application, previous training in Avaya IP telephony, ACD, hardware and software.
-Minimum of 1 year of either UCCE, CUCM, CUC, and Gateways
-Knowledge of Microsoft office, Visio products.
-Minimum of 1 year experience of cross-connect cabling for phone installation, switch, and knowledge of carrier services and interfaces.
-Minimum of 1 year working in a 24x7 environment, and in a role requiring weekends and late hours if required.
-Minimum of 1 year experience working as a liaison with plan and run teams, business partners and vendors for projects and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications -Cisco UC & UCCE, Avaya Integrated Management, Avaya Aura Contact Center, Avaya ICR, Avaya IP Telephone, and advanced vector knowledge, and IP design and maintenance.
-Technical proficiency in Avaya Centre Vu Call Management Systems, network call routing, ICM, and IVR is a plus.
-Must demonstrate strong written and oral interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and be able to think outside the box.
-Must be able to travel up to 20% EducationVerifiable High School diploma or GED is required with equivalent work experience .
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field highly preferred.
