Job Description CVS is a leading healthcare company in the US and fills over 1B prescriptions annually through our 9600+ retail pharmacy locations. As a customer-centered organization we are seeking a leader to evolve our In store experience, in alignment with our purpose, to contribute to holistic business growth across retail. The person selected for this role must have the capability to grow into leadership positions within Pharmacy Operations Role and beyond to continue to fuel a strong talent pipeline.
A primary objective will be to partner cross-functionally with Sr Leaders in IT, Field Management, Digital, Patient Safety and others to define, develop and execute the in store experience strategy specific to Pharmacy Pick Up. This leader will have direct responsibility for improving the customer experience at pick up as well as streamlining processes to deliver efficiency savings. This leader will create and lead a POS governance process to ensure constant improvement of the in store experience as well as maximize value of our POS functionality for the enterprise.
This leader will also have direct financial accountability for reducing waiting bin loss through process innovation and technology and will be responsible for vendor management of key programs, such as FlaroRx and water quality.
In addition, this leader will be responsible for improving the execution of our patient counseling programs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as drive primary medication adherence to improve health outcomes and reduce overall healthcare costs. Required Qualifications 5+ Years retail experience
3+ Years of demonstrated organizational skills (e.g. project management experience or managing cross team/department initiatives with demonstrated success)
3+ Years experience leading a team
2+ Years experience in process innovation or product design
Preferred Qualifications Retail pharmacy experience preferred Education Bachelor's degree
