Job Description As the Compliance Auditor - Pharmacy Regulatory you will be tasked with assessing and analyzing activities to evaluate compliance with applicable State, Federal and Board of Pharmacy laws and regulations as well as enterprise and business unit specific policies and procedures. You will audit,track, analyze, monitor and interpret compliance to policies pertaining to pharmacy compliance. Do you love working independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues from various business units in the organization? We are looking for someone who can work with and influence decision makers within Operations, Billing, Compliance, Legal, Training, and Regulatory units. Are you passionate about playing a key role in working with business partners to develop strategies to remain compliant, and dedicated to identifying areas of risk?
We're looking for a dynamic highly effective leader with excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Additionally, the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and ability to be detailed oriented is important for success.
Consideration will be given for remote employee.
Required Qualifications-Able to travel up to 50% of the time including driving and flying.
-Proven usage of Excel for reporting
-3 + years in role demonstrating leadership and the ability
to interact with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications-Experience with long term care or infusion pharmacy operations or billing and associated regulatory risks.
-Experience in auditing, compliance, risk or similar role.-3+ years’ experience in a regulated Healthcare/PBM or Pharmacy Compliance environment.
-3+ years of MS Office Suite: Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio experience.
-Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician.
Education Bachelors Degree; will accept high school diploma plus one year of experience for every college year not
completed in addition to required years of experience.
