Job Description The IT Director is responsible for driving major EITS initiatives focused on enabling the enterprise end user road-map as well the facilitation of new services into the portfolio. In this role, you will manage across multiple engineering teams to facilitate the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and you will work with Operations teams to ensure operational readiness for new offerings and integrally involved in the business development process and understanding requirements and validating the end user road-map offerings. Required Qualifications -Minimum of 10 years of overall technical experience on client/server and/or business projects
-Complete understanding and mastery of the software development life-cycle. Must have participated on many projects
through their complete life-cycles (requirements, design, development, launch)
-Experience managing programs deploying enabling new technologies including, but not limited to, unified communications, work from home, Bring your own, or cloud computing technologies.
-Experience with large-scale end user technology migrations, eg. Windows 7 to Windows 10.
-Experience with VMWare Horizon View, Microsoft Windows and Office Product suites, Airwatch and SCCM
Preferred Qualifications -Minimum of 20 years of experience managing technology and personnel focused on client infrastructure
-Ability to assess the impact of architecture changes on the business, application relationships and information flow
-Function as a leader throughout the project life-cycle.
-Strong ability to facilitate collaboration among senior technical team members.
-Ability to design systems for high availability, security, manageability and reliability.
-Ability to motivate and lead teams
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Manage scope and estimate delivery schedules on the project. -
-Provide mentoring and support to junior team members.
-A wide base of experience in one or more technologies, including systems, client technologies, network, business
intelligence and analytics.
-Strong organizational, leadership and consensus building skills.
Education-Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED accompanied be adequate years of work related experience.
-Masters Degree preferred.
