Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and implementing processes and communications related to supporting the enterprise-wide CVS Health Policy & Procedure (P&P) Program. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the enterprise P&P application that stores all CVS Health policies and procedures; producing and distributing reporting related to document status and disposition; and developing and distributing P&P program communications and tools.


In this role, you will:
- Support the CVS Health Electronic Document Repository ("Portal")
- Review content submitted for publishing in the Portal to ensure it meets CVS document publishing guidelines
- Provide support for question related to submitting, approving or finding content in the Portal, including the Compliance Policies Inbox
- Assist in Producing and Distributing Reports related to document status and disposition
- Support and Coach content contributors to ensure he/she proactively monitors published and soon to be published documents to prevent expired content
- Execute other established processes to maintain the Portal (dept listing, contributor changes, etc.)
- Work to identify system/process enhancements to support the mission of the Portal
- Demonstrate sound judgment in escalating issues and with involving appropriate staff Develop and Distribute P&P Program Communications
- Assist in maintaining and updating Team Work Instructions
- Assist in maintaining and updating End User Tools/Quick Reference Guides and Job Aides
- Assist in developing and issuing end user communications/training regarding enhancements
- Assist in developing and Issuing periodic communications to ensure a positive end user experience


Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional work experience required. Experience coming specifically from compliance, legal, or healthcare strongly preferred.

- Attention to detail
- Ability to interact with various users, including management, to resolve outstanding questions/issues and proactively identify ways to enhance end-user experience
- Ability to prioritize support requests, manage workload and effectively multi-task
- Previous experience with application support, especially end-user application support
- Ability to produce and analyze system usage reports
- Medium/Large scale project management experience
- Experience in reviewing business documentation, preferably policies & procedures, and/or training documentation

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
