CVS Health is seeking a Payment Reconciler within our Medicare Part D Premium Billing organization. The person in this position is responsible for ensuring member’s onetime payments are reconciled with a high level of efficiency, accuracy and timeliness. While ensuring all applicable business rules are adhered to. We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated, innovative, and able to prioritize their own work with minimal oversight. They will be responsible for owning a process from end to end and will be responsible to work task from Excel spread sheets and within an Access Database. Looking for an individual with strong problem solving skills, and has the ability to research payments using multiple systems. Must be proficient in Access Databases, Power Point, Excel, MS Outlook and use all tools available to maximize productivity on their daily tasks. For success in this role it is recommended this team member be 10 key proficient, has accounting experience and has some experience with data entry to complete the daily task timely with minimal errors. This team member must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be expected to contact members to provide brief explanations as needed. Additionally this individual would be expected to provide feedback to their leadership team, internal/external business partners, and their peers while having an understanding of all of Premium Billing processes and downstream impacts.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience using Excel and Word in a professional or academic setting
- 1+ years of experience using Access in a professional or academic setting

Preferred Qualifications
- Data mining capabilities and analytical skills
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Experience in analysis of financial data including account reconciliations
- 10 Key proficient

Verifiable High school Diploma or GED required
