Job Description
Primary responsibilities include ensuring pharmacist coverage for all
hours of operation in each store. Additional responsibilities include
supporting the District Leaders with administrative requirements.


Required Qualifications
· Verifiable High School diploma or
GED
· Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
· Strong interpersonal/problem
solving skills
· Strong planning/organizing skills
· Ability to work independently
· Working knowledge of business
applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Outlook)
· Ability to conform to shifting
priorities, demands, and timelines and react to changes promptly and
efficiently
· Flexible hours, that may include
evenings and weekends


Preferred Qualifications
· Scheduling pharmacist coverage
utilizing mySchedule application for any open shifts due to staffing needs,
sick calls, vacations, etc.
· Payroll management and
reconciliation
· Every other weekend on-call for
sick calls/emergencies
· Accept and review all pharmacist
vacation request forms. Maintain a pharmacist vacation calendar that
states the approved vacations for all pharmacists
· Track pharmacist attendance
· Administrative follow up and
partnership to support the Pharmacy Supervisors
· Effective and professional
communications with pharmacy staff and field/office staff
· Development of positive
relationships with the pharmacy teams to effectively influence for success


Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
