CVS Health has established its CVS Innovation Lab to champion innovation, invention, and acceleration of concepts and processes across all segments of the organization. It focuses on innovation to craft tools that help our customers live healthier lives, stay adherent to their medications, and manage prescriptions easily - as well as leverage technology to deliver customer experience innovation and new service options. To accomplish these goals the Lab has established new processes and frameworks to help accelerate the realization of these new innovations in the Digital space as well as In-Store. The Lab will structure, manage and lead rapid prototyping and develop a fast test-and-learn approach for iterating on different ideas that flow through the lab.
The Sr. Manager Innovation Lab, working with multiple internal teams, will help drive innovation strategies and cross-CVS alignment for new ideas, including the management of the operations of the Lab and facilitating a culture of collaboration, innovation and invention. In this role, you will be a critical resource in developing strategies to scale systems, develop talent, implement solutions partnering with different internal and external teams. You will also be responsible for interactions with internal partners, presenting to leaders, and engaging external entrepreneurs as others as well as internal innovators in an agile environment. You will lead Architects, delivery teams and external vendor resources to meet the objectives. Required QualificationsMinimum 8-10 years of relevant, digital experience and a deep experience in one technical stack (J2EE, .NET, LAMP, MEAN etc) with an understanding of multiple technologies.

Experience in managing a team of resources and delivering on a schedule
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience to grasp multiple solutions, understand technical architecture strategy at different levels and provide a delivery schedule to meet the timelines of an initiative
