Job DescriptionCoram/CVS Health is looking for a detail-orientedoperations e professional to join our team as an OperationsAssistant ! In this rewarding role, you will ensure the overall organizationand workflow of warehouse processes so that patient orders are shipped in anaccurate and timely manner. We believe that OperationsAssistants are a key part of creating a positive experience for our patients sothat they can receive the proper in-home IV therapy services needed to create abetter quality of life. In this dynamic and fast-paced role , you willoversee both operations and pharmacy processes, supporting the warehouse teamin shipping, receiving, and distributingpatient supplies and medications.
As anOperations Assistant you will…
* Procure drugs, solutions ancillary supplies and equipment fromvendors to ensure preferred product compliance.
* Oversee purchasing system fororders and coordination of delivery activities ensuring compliance.
* Manage service centerinventory and monitor product expiration dates.
* Communicate with servicecenters and corporate office personnel to meet business requirements.
* Ensure files and records ofall supply transactions and delivery activities are compliant.
* Follow up on vendor and patient returns, product recalls, and damagedfreight claims.
The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM , with anopportunity for over-time based on business need. This is a full-time,permanent career that offers excellent Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, acompetitive 401k, and additional benefits.
