Job DescriptionAs the Administrative Assistant – Loyalty & Personalization, you responsible for providing administrative and project support to two vice presidents and the Loyalty & Personalization (ExtraCare) team.
Vice President support will include
· Heavy calendar management, including scheduling of group meetings and occasional events
· Document preparation for meetings – mostly printing with some document editing/tracking
· Tracking and responding to outside queries solicitations, as directed/needed
· Travel & expense support (limited)
Responsibilities will be fluid in nature depending on the priority initiatives for the Loyalty & Personalization team, but primary areas of focus for the Loyalty & Personalization team will include, among others:
· Calendar management for Senior Directors, time permitting
· Maintain team organization charts
· Assisting with the help desk and IT department (i.e. executing MACDs including on-boarding and off-boarding
CVS colleagues and contractors
· Expenses, travel, filing, presentations and copying, as needed
· Coordinating the efficient operation of the department, including but not limited to event scheduling, catering, outside visitor registration, conference room management, ordering supplies, office organization, and performing all other relevant duties for management
Required Qualifications3 + years experience working as an Administrative Assistant
Preferred Qualifications7+ years of professional experience
Previous experience supporting VP or above as an Administrative Assistant
EducationHigh School Diploma or GED is required
