As a result, quality measures pertaining to medication adherence are at the core of the Medicare Star Ratings Quality program.

The MBA Intern will own a work stream within the Clinical Stars Innovation team, which is a nimble, agile team that owns ideation, testing and evaluation of novel approaches to consumer behavior change by getting the right message tithe right member at the right time in the right way” through Predictive/Targeting Capabilities, Communication Channel Capabilities and Member and Prescriber Engagement. The intern will be responsible for contributing to ideation of new opportunities to influence medication adherence, as well as leading the design and implementation of testing of a minimum viable product, and conducting analysis to evaluate results. This role will work closely with all members of the Clinical Stars Innovation team and several cross-functional teams to drive insights around targeting, segmentation and channel to accelerate adherence impact across Med D members. There will be opportunity to present final results to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.


Required Qualifications

-Availability to work full time for duration of the 10 week program.
-Proven track record scoping, constructing and executing complex analyses to meet business case requirements
-Superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic and problem solving skills
-Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems
-High level of independent judgment and initiative required
-Strong ability to communicate effectively and succinctly in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent
-Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
-Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines.
-Highly skilled and practiced in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
-Professional in appearance and demeanor


Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in healthcare setting

Education
-Candidates must be enrolled a two year MBA program, with final year beginning in Fall of 2018
