Why did you decide to apply for your job at CVS Health?

When looking in to CVS, I was drawn by the core values and the commitment to colleague development. My employer at the time did not do much to move my career along.

What is the most exciting part of working for CVS Health?

What excites me the most about our company is the access we provide to those who would like to do more. I can recall countless stories of colleagues that started with us as cashiers and are now store managers, and in some cases even pharmacy managers.

What do you tell your friends and family about working at CVS Health?

The culture at CVS is one that is unmatched. There is a strong sense support, collaboration and teamwork that does not exist in many other companies.

What is unique or exciting about working in retail?

I have always been captivated by the constant change in the retail landscape and the challenges it brings.

Describe your typical day at work at CVS Health.

A typical day for me at CVS involves coaching my direct reports to be the best they can in their roles. This involves recognition, IDP discussions, etc.

Why should someone consider working in retail?

The retail landscape is always changing and the number of opportunities in the field will also continue to evolve and grow

What are your career goals?

My goals with our company is to grow in to additional leadership roles where I am able to impact more lives.

What does “lead with heart” mean to you?

Leading with heat to me means to source deep within yourself the guiding principles that shape your core values in order to treat those you serve the way you would like to be treated.
