The Website Content Consultant is responsible for coordinating and implementing digital content, design, and communication campaigns through Accordant web site, member portal, and secure messaging applications. The Website Content Consultant will facilitate content and design updates to all areas of and digital tools managed by Accordant for its members, providers, and clients. The Website Content Consultant will also act as digital services liaison to operations, IT, product development, clients, and corporate partners. As well as, coordinating and facilitating digital messaging campaigns.

Main responsibilities include:
- Facilitating web site content updates to pre and post log in areas, including portal
- Maintaining and updating web site design
- Creating and facilitating web site-based communication campaigns
- Send, respond and triage secure text messages
- Maintaining updates to securing message suite
- Updating reports as needed, based on digital campaigns
- Monitoring website, portal, and securing messaging traffic and feedback, following up as needed

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in writing, editing, , proofreading of material, design and/or audio visual required

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in web design software and HTML strongly preferred
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate digital/email or social media communication campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of graphic design principles
- Ability to facilitate and document meetings related to the role
- Ability to use MS Office software (excel, powerpoint, word)
- Ability to maintain organized, clear, and current documentation on multiple projects

High School required
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing/communications related field preferred
