Job Description
The Product Manager is the CEO of the particular effort. If you are passionate about pleasing customers, are lifelong learner, and would love the challenge of helping to change a fortune #7 company, this is the team for you. In this role, you will lead the Extreme Programming Product Team of 6 – 10 people while working with the XP team to build high quality, usable Products to customers/stakeholders. In addition, you will mentor XP team members on Product Mindset Help to educate both business and technology leadership on the XP process and Product Mindset Evangelize the process and help lead the culture change from traditional Project Mindset to XP development and Product Mindset.

Required Qualifications
-Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Product Management and Development.
-Experience leading products from discovery and framework through iterative development and delivery
-Experience running a backlog on full-service consumer and business applications
-Experience guiding product decisions through user research, customer development, and iterative feedback loops

Preferred Qualifications
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
-Experience with the “Pivotal Way” of Product Development
-Experience with Pivotal Tracker for managing a backlog

-Bachelors degree or High School Diploma/GED accompanied by additional 4 years of related work experience.
